1. Acceptance of Terms. By accessing https://www.innerglowacademy.org/, purchasing a program, booking a session, using our content, joining any IGA community spaces (if offered), or buying merchandise, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

2. Scope of Services. IGA provides online meditation guidance, wellness education, lifestyle support, and health coaching services offered by Anupama Borgohain. We may also offer digital products (such as courses, PDFs, replays, and challenges) and branded merchandise (including print-on-demand items).

3. Eligibility. You must be able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms and supervise your use.

4. No Medical Advice. IGA services are provided for educational and wellness purposes only. We do not provide medical advice and we do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care. If you have a medical or mental health concern, consult a qualified professional and seek emergency help when appropriate.

5. Client Responsibility and Safety. You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and results. You agree to participate with care and to use your own judgment. If you have health conditions that may affect participation (for example injuries, pregnancy, cardiovascular concerns, or psychiatric diagnoses), you agree to take appropriate precautions and consult a professional as needed. We may recommend modifications or that you pause/discontinue certain practices if we believe it may be unsafe.

6. Accounts and Access. If you create an account or enroll in any program, you agree to provide accurate information, keep it updated, keep login credentials confidential, and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Sharing access or reselling access is not permitted.

7. Payments and Pricing. Prices and payment terms are shown at checkout or in the invoice/payment link provided. Unless stated otherwise, fees are due in full before access is granted. Payment processors may apply their own terms and fees. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.

8. Refunds and Cancellations. Refund eligibility, cancellations, and rescheduling (including any timelines, exceptions, and no-show rules) are governed by our Refund Policy page. In case of conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy, the Refund Policy will control for refund-related matters.

9. Shipping and Delivery for Merchandise. Shipping, delivery timeframes, address changes, damaged items, and return handling for physical products are governed by our Shipping Policy page. Some merchandise may be fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand partners, and their operational constraints may apply.

11. Community Spaces (If Offered). If you join any IGA community spaces (such as WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord), you agree to behave respectfully and safely. Harassment, hate speech, threats, spam, unwanted sexual content, and sharing other members’ private information are not allowed. We may remove content or remove access to community spaces for violations.

12. Intellectual Property. All website content, programs, session materials, videos, audio, meditations, scripts, PDFs, worksheets, branding, logos, and designs are owned by IGA/Anupama Borgohain or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly post, or share access to paid content without written permission. Purchases grant a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

13. User Content. If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content, you confirm you have the right to share it and you grant IGA permission to use it for marketing or educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing. We may edit submissions for length or clarity while preserving meaning.

14. Prohibited Use. You agree not to use the website or services unlawfully, attempt to hack or disrupt systems, scrape or reverse-engineer any part of the website, share false or misleading information, infringe intellectual property, or impersonate IGA or its representatives. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

15. Third-Party Services. We may use third-party providers (such as payment processors, video platforms, scheduling tools, community platforms, and fulfillment providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, or their privacy practices. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their terms.

16. Disclaimers. Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results. Participation in wellness practices involves personal responsibility and assumed risk.

17. Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, IGA and Anupama Borgohain will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. If liability is found, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to IGA for the specific service/product giving rise to the claim in the 3 months prior to the event.

18. Indemnity. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IGA/Anupama Borgohain from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

19. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse content, share it unlawfully, or threaten community safety. Termination may be without refund where permitted by law.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Uttar Pradesh, with appropriate venue in/near Greater Noida / Gautam Budh Nagar, will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.

21. Changes to These Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on https://www.innerglowacademy.org/ with the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
