  1. Scope of this Refund Policy. This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through https://www.innerglowacademy.org/ and covers (a) digital products, (b) online coaching/meditation services, and (c) physical merchandise (print-on-demand items). Different refund rules apply depending on what you purchased.

  2. General rule. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, refunds are provided only as described in this policy. Refund decisions may also depend on verification and eligibility checks (for example, access logs for digital content or damage verification for physical goods).

  3. Digital products (courses, PDFs, replays, downloads). Digital products are typically delivered immediately or access is granted shortly after payment. Because digital content can be consumed instantly, digital downloads and digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access is provided, except where explicitly stated in an offer or required by law. If you experience a technical problem that prevents access, contact us and we will try to resolve it (for example, by restoring access or providing a working link). If we cannot reasonably provide access, we may provide a refund at our discretion.

  4. Online coaching and meditation sessions (1:1 and group). Fees for scheduled sessions cover reserved time and preparation. Session fees are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If you cannot attend, you may request a reschedule with at least 24 hours notice. Requests made with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, may be treated as a used session and may not be refunded. If a session is canceled by IGA, you will be offered a reschedule or, if rescheduling is not possible, a refund or credit at our discretion.

  5. Programs with multiple sessions or fixed-duration programs. If you purchase a bundled program (for example a set of sessions or a fixed-duration coaching program), the program fee is generally non-refundable once the program has started (for example, after the first session is delivered or access to core materials is granted). If you need to pause for a genuine reason, you may contact us and we may offer a pause or make-up options at our discretion, depending on the program structure.

  6. Physical merchandise (print-on-demand). Merchandise is produced to order by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment provider. Because items are made specifically for each customer, we generally do not offer refunds or returns for wrong size selection, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. Refunds/replacements may be provided for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect (for example wrong item or misprint), subject to verification.

  7. Damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise claims. If your merchandise arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at fitassam.org@gmail.com with (a) your order number, (b) a clear description of the issue, and (c) clear photos of the product and packaging. We will coordinate with the fulfillment provider to review the claim. If approved, the usual remedy is a replacement (reprint/reship). If replacement is not possible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

  8. Lost or delayed merchandise shipments. Shipping delays can occur due to carriers, customs, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control. If a shipment appears lost (for example, tracking shows no movement for an unusually long period or shows delivered but you did not receive it), contact us with your order number. We will assist by contacting the carrier and/or fulfillment provider. Refunds or replacements for lost packages depend on the outcome of the investigation and the fulfillment provider’s policies.

  9. Chargebacks and payment disputes. If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and may result in loss of access to services or digital products while the dispute is investigated.

  10. How to request a refund or resolution. Email fitassam.org@gmail.com with your full name, order number, the item/service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. For merchandise issues, include photos. We may request additional information to verify eligibility.

  11. Processing time for approved refunds. If a refund is approved, we will submit it to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your payment provider/bank and may take several business days to reflect. Shipping fees (if any) may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return/refund is due to our error or an approved defect claim.

  12. Policy updates. We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on https://www.innerglowacademy.org/ with the effective date. Continued use of the website or purchases after changes means you accept the updated policy.
