  1. Scope of this Shipping Policy. This Shipping Policy applies only to physical merchandise orders placed through https://www.innerglowacademy.org/. Digital products (courses, PDFs, replays, coaching sessions) are delivered electronically and are not covered by this Shipping Policy.

  2. Fulfillment Provider. IGA-branded merchandise is produced and shipped by a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment factory/partner (“Fulfillment Provider”). The Fulfillment Provider is responsible for manufacturing/printing, packing, shipping, carrier selection, and (where available) tracking. IGA does not directly manufacture, stock, pack, or ship physical items.

  3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time). Orders are typically processed and submitted to the Fulfillment Provider within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment confirmation. This is the handling time only and does not include production or shipping transit time.

  4. Production Time. Many items are made-to-order. After your order is submitted to the Fulfillment Provider, additional time may be required to produce the item before it ships. Production time varies by product type, order volume, and the Fulfillment Provider’s operational capacity.

  5. Shipping Time (Transit Time). Transit time begins once the Fulfillment Provider hands the package to the carrier. Estimated delivery times vary by destination, carrier, customs (for international shipments), weather, peak seasons, and carrier delays. Any delivery estimates shown on the website or at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.

  6. Shipping Fees and Additional Charges. Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout. Depending on your location, additional charges may apply such as customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, or courier handling fees. Unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  7. Shipping Destinations. Shipping availability depends on the Fulfillment Provider and their carrier network. If a destination cannot be served, checkout may prevent ordering or we may need to cancel the order and issue a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

  8. Order Confirmation and Tracking. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase. If tracking is available, you will receive tracking details once the order ships. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the shipment is created or collected by the carrier.

  9. Address Accuracy and Address Changes. You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout (including house/flat number, street, city, state, and PIN/postal code). If you need to change an address, contact us immediately at fitassam.org@gmail.com. Address changes are only possible before the order is submitted to production/fulfillment; once production begins, changes may not be possible.

  10. Undeliverable, Returned, or Refused Packages. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect/incomplete address, failure to claim the package, refused delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs or additional fees charged by the carrier or Fulfillment Provider. Any refunds (if applicable) are handled under our Refund Policy.

  11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at fitassam.org@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue (and the packaging, if possible). We will coordinate with the Fulfillment Provider to review the claim and determine the appropriate resolution (replacement or other remedy), subject to the Fulfillment Provider’s verification requirements.

  12. Lost or Delayed Shipments. Shipping delays can occur for reasons outside our control. If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package appears lost, contact us at fitassam.org@gmail.com with your order number. We will assist by contacting the Fulfillment Provider and/or carrier, but outcomes may depend on the carrier investigation and the Fulfillment Provider’s policies.

  13. Policy Updates. We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on https://www.innerglowacademy.org/ with the effective date. Continued use of the website or purchase of merchandise after changes means you accept the updated policy.
